1 year of marriage

I can't believe we have been married for 1 year already. The saying time flies when you are having fun is so true! We had originally planned to make a fun weekend getaway to St. Simons Island in Georgia but the weather didn't look great so we decided to visit the in-laws in SC.  Keith aunt and uncle were also in town visiting so it was a good family weekend all hanging out and enjoying each other's company.

The weather was nice so we decided to head to Isle of Palms on Saturday and work on our tan.  It was windier than I would like but it was nice to be surrounded by family.  Hamilton came down with us and we were so impressed with good of a car rider he is.

NBA Finals 2016

My husband is obsessed with all sports in Cleveland, Ohio.  So needless to say when the Cleveland Cavaliers won their division and were off to play in the NBA Finals in 2015, I was nervous as our wedding date was June 19, 2015 which would have been potentially GAME 7.  Unfortunately or Fortunately, the Cavaliers lost in Game 6 so Game 7 didn't happen.

Fast forward to 2016 and the Golden State Warriors vs Cleveland Cavaliers are back in the NBA Finals.  Both teams played great, so great it went to Game 7 on June 19, our 1 year anniversary. The Cavaliers won 93-89 and Keith couldn't be happier.  Now, our 1 year anniversary marks a special day in basketball history!

Meet Hamilton

Keith & I have been looking at expanding our family by adopting a puppy for several months now but not sure when or what type of dog.  After lots of researching and preparing ourselves for the fun and responsibility that comes with adopting a puppy, meet Hamilton!

We adopted Hamilton, a cockapoo on May 25, 2016 and he was born on March 28, 2016.  We absolutely love having him around and he brings us so much joy.  He is healthy and his last vet visit he weighed 6 lbs.
