Table Rock Lake Family Trip

Every year the Wilson's invite the family to spend a long weekend at their lake house in Table Rock Lake, MO.  We aren't always able to join but this year we were and super excited to spend time with the family.  We found good flight prices by flying into Tulsa to visit with Derek and Kristie and then make the 3 hour drive to Springfield before heading to the lake.

Tuesday: We worked and caught a flight at 7:30pm to Tulsa, OK.  Derek picked us up from the airport and we stayed at his house.  Keith and Derek caught up while I went straight to bed since it was midnight and way past my bed time.

Wednesday: We hung out until lunch and then headed to Springfield, MO.  We were able to attend a Springfield Cardinals baseball game and had a blast.  The cardinals won and we cheered them on from box seats which was awesome.

Thursday:  We had a pool party day and hung out with everyone at the Wilson's house.  The weather was HOT so hanging out in the pool was perfect.

Friday: We all headed to the lake to continue family time in a different setting.  We floated, rode jet skis, and rode on the boat.  Something about sitting on the dock all day with no care in the world makes for a great day.

Saturday: We had some visitors come and visit (Shirley sister - Joyce and family) and stayed for dinner.  Vic cooked brisket on the green egg all day and we had it for dinner - SOO good! We played LCR and I won!

Sunday: We made our travel back to NC.  We had to drive from Table Rock Lake, MO to Tulsa, OK to catch our flight.  Long trip but so much fun!
