Visit Quinny in Philly

One of my friends from college lives in Philly and it is always fun to go visit her.  I just love the city and how there is always something to do and tons of cool bars and restaurants to check out. While she still works in Philadelphia she now lives in Conshohocken, PA with her fiance. Anne-Stuart & I normally drive to go see her because its a quick 6.5 hour drive, but we found a cheap flight so we decided to fly.

Thursday: I worked a half day and we headed to the airport to catch our flight.  Quinn was still at work when we got into the city, so we just had beers at a pop-up beer stand at the bottom of the building.  HOW COOL, right?

Friday: Quinn took off work and we went shopping in King of Prussia.  Later that night, we went to one of Quinn's friends birthdays in Hatboro, PA at a bar called 58 York which was a cool bar/restaurant.  It had exposed brick and lots of beers on tap.

Saturday: Quinn grew up in Haddon Heights, NJ and they were having the first annual Rhythm and Brews festival with live music, food trucks, and local breweries.  We all met at her parents house and then walked 2 blocks to the festival which was fantastic.

Sunday: We grabbed a quick bite to eat and then headed to the airport.  Luckily the flight was easy and only 52 minutes long.
